We got to the hotel early but the room was ready for us. Our evening meal was excellent with a good gf menu. Parking is off site but only a couple of minutes away and cheaper than the local car park.

A great position and worth paying a little bit more for a superior room with great views of the Royal Liver building and the Mersey. The room could have done with a deep clean but was ok. The outer windows needed a clean also. Good stop for a city break.

Very comfortable hotel and an excellent breakfast in a room with view. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good public spaces but I was only there for a night so didn't have time to use them. My one criticism is the beige dreariness of the rooms. The headboards recall Merseybeat, so why not have a couple of frames posters or photos - those in the public areas are lovely. Make it warmer and more welcoming! Beige on a dreary day we very offputting.
