Good price, worn kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, room could use some updating with better working televisions I wasn’t the only one complaining about TV. Over all the staff are polite and are ready to assist with what they can control.
Quiet property that had everything I needed to stay the night as I attended a function in SF that was about 1/2 hour away. Within walking distance to a bbq restaurant, a tasty bistro, and Starbucks that’s in a shopping center. Restaurants are less than 1/2 mile, Starbucks center a little over 1/2 mile but under 1. Clean area and I felt safe walking around. The room didn’t have a coffee maker, but the facility offers a grab-and-go style of breakfast (coffee and muffin) but I chose to walk to Heavenly Bistro instead for a sit down breakfast before heading home.
I would choose this place again for my next event that brings me to the area.
Location is convenient for families. Room is spacious. The room includes stove and kitchen however no dishware or kitchen equipment. We were informed half way through our stay we had to ask for these items.
The room did have a Musty smell, not saying it wasn't clean but the odor was like the room had been not aired out in a while. or they need to shampoo the carpet. Bathroom was clean and kitchen area was clean. but for 150.00 a night I did expect a little better, than musty smelling room but over all I give it a 3.5 stars out of 5.
The guy that checked us in was very nice and he's very helpful and made me want to stay again most definitely and made me happy where I set my money. Next morning of the lady I believe the same baby of Mexican descent was not okay and not helpful and disappointed me and she also is way too nosy about things she doesn't need to ask the extended Stay is not a necessarily a hotel she always like houses everyone was walking in the door don't like her and I'll make the staff's job very difficult because of her
The property was quite nice but I had a kitchen suite ut the front desk had no utensils, pans or anything to use apart from one spoon and a cup. Bring your own kitchen gadgets if you're planning on using the kitchen
