"This is a beautiful hotel and our suite was well appointed and had one of the best showers I have ever found in a hotel. Turn down service and cleanliness was fabulous. We had trouble keeping the room cool enough, the controls were confusing and would revert back to a default in the middle of the night. Staff was attentive and helpful but ultimately was unable to secure us dinner reservations other than in their own hotel and did not seem to have many restaurants that they worked with....

"The hotel location was great for visiting the Port Warehouses across the river, the staff was really really nice, and the breakfast was good. "Staff were very attentive. The room was large & the chaise lounge was & beautiful addition. As for the bathroom the tiles nice touch not the standard. "This hotel is located in an extremely vibrant area, and at the top of Porto’s hills, it is a walk down the hill to see attractions. The area was surrounded by restaurants,bars and nightlife that during the day are not obvious. . The room did not supply tissues or conditioner and the room cleaning was not completed until after 4 pm when we actually had to request it. The bed was comfortable and the room adequate size. We were given a welcome drink which was good."
