Our room had some issues - leaking into our suite after a heavy rainfall, electrical panel kicking out due to faulty wiring, shower door needed to be repaired, wobbly kitchen chairs. The staff were excellent in correcting these things for us. The suites are decorated nicely, great location. But we expected more from the property owner with the quality of the fixtures that we didnt have to deal with these problems.

Love the layout of the 2 bedroom. Wish there was a better shower option that doesn’t flood the bathroom floors and could have used extra waters to begin our stay, otherwise loved it. Great location and staff is lovely and accommodating.

Libere was not our first choice but we chose it because my other choice was sold out. After the 2nd night we stayed there, I had several bites on my arm and didn't think too much of it and thought they might be mosquito bites. But, after returning home, I saw a row of bug bites on my arm-- and quickly googled-- most likely bedbug bites. My husband had some too. They were only mildly itchy and looked very different from mosquito bites or spider bites. I hate to say this. I think they got bedbugs. I'm chill about it because I am a medical professional but it is still a terrible experience. The kitchen and bathroom trashcans are very small. They don't clean your room on a daily basis. If you want it to be cleaned, it is a $40+ extra for each clean. I'd rather pay for a proper hotel.

Great room!

The hotel is located in the heart of Porto and makes many of the must-see attractions easy to get to. The hotel itself has no in-house staff and this was a first for us. You get into the hotel and your room with a code given to you on the app. The "concierge" is available via WhatsApp and they were quick to answer questions.

The apartment was lovely. We had room 14 and with windows closed it was perfectly quiet despite a busy night scene. Lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. Great location for sight-seeing. Breakfast is vegan which we did not realize ahead of time. The pancakes were yummy but limited options. Staff very nice.

The property and rooms are beautiful, location is perfect and we would absolutely return. However, the communication isn't great. We had to chase an email prior to arriving and we arrived early for our check in and couldn't get into our room, understandable. However, we had booked the apartment with a steam room but this was changed and we didn't find out until we returned that evening when reception isn't available. We were only there for 1 night and haven't yet been able to get an answer as to why this happened and why it wasn't communicated to us. If have to get to the airport for a morning flight, breakfast doesn't start until 7:30 a.m.

Our suite was unique and had all the amenities we expected- kitchenette was a good size. TV was not great but our fault for not asking to have it fixed- too much else to do! reception staff very helpful ( only there 8-4). we did not take the breakfast option but continental/vegan was available.
