"This hotel was incredible! We got there exhausted early morning and they allowed us to check in right away and had a room ready for us. Its centrally located to everything and we were able to take the bus from Bus Stop 5. We also walked to the BSI station which is only 20 mins away. The staff were courteous and kind. Housekeeping always did a great job as well. I wish they had more chicken or vegan food options on their menu, but other than that, everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay here...

"It is a small hotel with more personal service. The fact that is centrally located is also a problem as it doesn't have parking. If you rent a car, it is difficult to park. This brings you stress and you don't fully enjoy your time there as you need to be moving the car. "

"Was there 4 nights. Everything else was good except for the wi-fi in my room #716 where they couldn' t fix the wi-fi problem which was on and off for the first three nights and they kept saying that there's nothing wrong. It s quite annoying after a long day outing and back to my room with no wi-fi connection. Had to go sit at the hall way to get wifi connection sometime."

"My experience with this hotel was excellent. We got there and put our luggage in the lock room they have and went for a walk while our room was getting ready. One we got back, everything was ready and clean. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options."

"We stayed 7 nights at this hotel and had an amazing time. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and professional. The location is amazing. We were in the heart of the city. The breakfast was amazing. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel design was visually exciting. For example the room and bathroom had a colorful, modern, yet natural feel (wood, stone metal) with color variation that was quite pleasing. Breakfast was a very good buffet line. Nothing individually cooked, but numerous choices of the details of breakfast. We enjoyed it very much."
