Hotel Muli is a great spot in Reykjavik. The front staff was very gracious and courteous. Terese went above and beyond to see if our room would be available for an earlier checkin. The room is very clean, bed sheets and towels are clean. Makes all the difference in our comfort.

This is definitely a budget accommodation which is ok because it’s priced accordingly. The shower was broken, you can’t walk from one side of the bathroom to the other without closing the door because it almost hits the toilet. No coffee pot, breakfast was not good (but free). It’s a clean place to sleep with nice people for a cheap price, can’t fault it for that.

thank you to Philip who was helpful and checked us in, as well all staff who were helpful and welcoming. nice little touches like games for kids to keep them entertained. Clean and comfortable rooms and nice breakfast.Location is slightly out of the centre compared to some others but actually ended up preferring this as it was more quieter and not too far away from the centre and some dining options nearby.
