"We adored this place. It was designed beautifully, clean, kind reception, and the room was extra quiet despite being on a busy street across a loud pub. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was the perfect size (we made dinner in one night.) We also spent an evening playing a couple of games they had available to guests in the lobby. "I and my wife stayed over Christmas 2018 for 3 nights. All is fine. Just too small bed. Housekeeping service always forgot to put such things as Water, Shower Gel, Shampoo into the room. Breakfast is a kind of Continental one which are just bread and cold cuts. Staffs are all nice and friendly. Hotel and Room Condition is good. Location is perfect. "

"Absolutely stunning property. Fantastic location, that is close to many of the popular sites. Just be aware there is no front desk, you will need to check in and out, on the screens provided on level 1... but for those who are self-sufficient this is a very fast method. Super friendly staff keep the location tidy. Complimentary coffee and pastries were delicious and super convenient! We were pretty disappointed to receive a smaller size bed, even though the city apartments are listed with a king...

"Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Parking was a bit of a pain. You have to pick up a voucher for a discount, and we were unable to get to the office to do so. I’m not sure why they cannot provide an electronic voucher. "

"The apartment was great! It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was fantastic! They made check-in very easy for us. Beware! The area around the apartment is rough. Lots of disruptions and loud parties all through the night. Didnt feel safe going out at night. Not an area for families with young kids. We had 3 adultish children and it was still rough."
