Really nice apartment every thing you needed great location for where we wanted to be the only let down was the water it was only just warm couldn't have a bath just warm enough for a shower reported it twice receptionist said she would report it to maintenance it wasn't sorted very disappointing

Our stay was fantastic! Communication with reception was great, and the unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, and we loved having the use of a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was excellent - right downtown and close to the train station/bus stops/restaurants/shopping, but the unit itself was quiet. Our only issue was that the unit was quite warm and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heat/turn on the AC, so information about that may have been useful in the welcome document. It helped to open the windows and there was a small fan available. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to others and would stay again.

Apartment was great. Spacious and comfortable. Everything needed for a short stay, including some milk, water, butter, biscuits, etc. only downside was that I paid extra to have a late checkout as I was in need of a rest but twice had housekeeping at the door, one person at 11am and another just after 12.

We happened to visit during a huge heat wave, so that was tough. There were no door stops to prop open the rooms, so even using our luggage to prop it open, the bedroom stayed about 85 degrees. The living room and kitchen were on a corner of the building, so did have some ventilation. The location was great and the living space was excellent. One drawback was that the fridge froze all items solid and I didn't see a way to adjust the temperature. There was seemingly no way to turn off the heated towel bar in the bathroom. Even adjusting the 2 unlabeled knobs at the bottom did not turn it off, which generated more heat. It was unbearable to be in the bathroom with the door closed. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. With the windows open, the room is very noisy. There's a bar across the street with loud karaoke and a lot of traffic noise. That didn't really bother us as the city noise was kind of ambient. Location is excellent for close train and bus stations.

Fab stay. Fab position in centre of town, right near everything. Clean and comfortable. Great service from reception with clear instructions for late check in. Great service when the TV stopped working, Martin came and fixed it straight away. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location right in the heart of the city. Train station was across the street. Suite was very clean, rooms bigger than expected, will definitely stay when visiting again. I have no hesitation in recommending the Permier Suites.
