"This a city centre hotel in a traditional building in a busy location very close to the main shopping area. The inside was more modern and but had been nicely converted. Getting to by car was a challenge as it sits within a restricted zone. Follow yellow signs for the Victoria public car park as there appears to only one way in through semi pedestrian streets. "The staff was out of this world. When I booked (which was about a month and half out, they send me a message with option to book the Alhambra through them. "The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra.
