"This is a gem of a hotel located in the heart of the historic area of Granada. It is not close to the train station or the airport, but everything else is within walking distance. The unobstructed view from our room (33) was the Alhambra. The room was a little small but comfortable, quiet and clean. The bathroom was large. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. "Nuestra estancia fue agradable. La habitación un poco pequeña para un matrimonio con niña y el baño igual, pero para el poco tiempo que estuvimos nos apañamos bien. Lo que menos nos gustó es que el primer día, cuando nos alojamos, la habitación tebia mucho polvo y pelusas. Tuve que limpiar el armario con toallitas de la cantidad de polvo y pelusas que había y lo que mas nos gustó fue el bufé de desayuno ya que había muchísima variedad de comida. El almuerzo y la cena no contratamos."

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...
