"The rooms were extremely clean and very spacious. Each room had a toilet with a bidet. The bed sheets were spotless. Breakfast was great too! This is a great hotel also because it is walking distance to the Tianmen mountain entrance."

"Was here for two nights after four nights up in Wulingyuan, very friendly staff, spoke enough English to provide guidance and suggestions. They helped me with my Tianmen Mt. itinerary, path suggestion, and transportation. Room is very cozy and neat, provides toothbrush, comb, shower cap, body wash and shampoo where many places in China don't supply. I just wish the room can be warmer during the winter."

"Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. "

"A very cozy and welcoming place to stay! The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire visit. It felt very personal and family-oriented, which we really appreciated. They helped us with booking tickets, and when we accidentally forgot something in the room, they immediately offered to arrange sending it to our next hotel. The manager even walked us outside to show us a great local restaurant for lunch, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We felt very well...

"The hotel is not as clean or nice as it appears in the photos, and the facilities themselves feel quite outdated. Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. While the staff are generally friendly, the overall quality of the facilities is not very satisfactory. In particular, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children.
