Free pickup and drop off to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park is a great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea tasting session: high quality local teas, and excellent conversation about tea culture and local minority people’s cultures and heritage. Will stay here again on our visit to the magnificent national park. "

Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!"

"We loved our stay here in November. Vivi and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. I unfortunately came down with food poisoning (from an outside restaurant) and Vivi was so sweet and brought me ginger tea and fruit to help! They walked us through the best routes for the national park and gave us great tips and advice. When I was bed ridden they gave my sister guidance on a show to see in the evening that turned out to be around the corner and was an amazing mixture of theatre, death-defying stunts, singing, fire eating... Definitely encourage anyone to go see it if you are in the area! This is a hidden treasure for sure and would recommend to anyone. "

But what really stood out was the arte and help received from K, who took the time to explain in minute details everything I had do to on K visit to the National Park and even was so kind to take care of all the bookings for me, which made my trip a lot easier and enjoyable.
