"I had an excellent stay at the Zhangjiajie Sanhe Resort. This is a family owned hotel, and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the second sister who helped us book all of our activities and even got us a foot massage therapist to come to our room for a foot massage. The hotel is brand new, modern, well decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, very comfortable bed and linens and an excellent shower. "The room was clean and the location was great particularly for food and getting to the east gate. Hotel seems dated and is loaded with tour busses. So much so, it was difficult to get from one building to another. Go early for breakfast because it seemed picked over the morning we went a little later. Was a little loud earlier in the evening but it did quiet down and we had a good sleep. "
