"The staff were very nice. The property itself is in serious disrepair. Stains all over the carpets in the hallways, gouges out of the walls most likely from luggage and carts. Mini refrigerator in room has a working light inside but nothing cooling. The breakfast is plentiful and poor quality. Cold food that’s supposed to be warm, dry flake apart pancakes, bland food. Do not spend the money to include breakfast. All in all a decent location to walk about, or catch the train but would never stay here again. "

I immediately noticed that bathroom had no lock.I hit my head and was propelled back onto the throne, where my leg hit the door slightly, which caused it to open. There was a lot of construction going on outside. Barring that, breakfast was good, but my family prefers a more western breakfast. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. "

"Staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is very clean. The onsen was a highlight for sure and the free ramen and ice cream and drinks made the stay feel like a luxury. My only complaint is the lack of laundry services and elevators. With the amount of people, there should be more than 2 laundry units. And the dryer doesn’t dry well. Otherwise, everything was perfect. And they have luggage shipping at the front counter. I’d stay here again and I would recommend others stay here as well!"
