"The room was great and I used the private outdoor bath many times a day. The food was beyond amazing for breakfast and dinner. They gave us so much food and it just kept coming and coming. The staff was very friendly and great. Check in and check out was fast. We were happy with the proximity to the train station we had no problem walking with our suitcases. I would stay there again if we ever comeback to Hakone. "

"We had the same staff member for our entire stay and she was outstanding. She was so helpful. This was a feature with all staff we encountered on our stay. The stay and facilities were a true onsen and a must do experience in Japan. Hakone has many onsens. When we return we would not hesitate to stay here again."
