Everything about this hotel was excellent! We stayed here after our mt Fuji climb and it was exactly what we needed to get a good nights rest, onsen, and a filling breakfast. Most definitely recommend!

The public baths and amenities were AWESOME! However there were a group of tourists who didn’t know how to behave. Please READ and OBSERVE all rules before entering. If you and your family/friends are unable to do very base protocols, then stay away from public baths. Your type of inappropriate behaviours create negative emotions about tourists and will get the good tourist banned.

Absolutely beautiful and well worth the money to splurge on! We took advantage of a lot of what the hotel had to offer (for example, massages, facials, hotel restaurant, and even the nearby outlets). They do come at an extra reasonable price! Hotel is also beautiful and had a great view of MT Fuji, we were lucky to see it on a day it was clear during the morning hours. It is on the other side of Mt Fuji which if you are trying to visit Fuji Q Highland, Narusawa Ice Cave, or anything near Kawaguchiko, or anywhere near that area, you will need to ride a two hour or less bus ride that operates on a limited schedule so plan accordingly beforehand, otherwise, completely worth it!
