"Good all around option. Yotsuya is a more quiet and business oriented place at the heart of Tokyo city.
The hotel is 2 blocks away from the main Yotsuya stations (this is key) and has a really good variety of good places to eat just around the corner, as well as a supermarket and family mart and 7 eleven.
The staff is really polite and kind.
Breakfast is not included but the buffet hasn’t that many options, so I’d advise to have it in any of the near cafes."

"Great apartment style hotel , was excellent for our group as has two separate rooms ,(room 4f) . Also nice table for dinner etc and small kitchen. Small but spacious.laundromat around corner made life easy , close to 7-11 convenience store . Close to Shinjuku gyoen park and good location to explore Tokyo, would definitely recommend or stay here again"

"The rooms are spacious and you can get your towels and rubbish cleared easily by using a magnetic tab on your day to alert cleaning staff.
The room was a good size we stopped in and had views of the city.
It’s in a great spot within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and even Shinjuku is very walkable …
It could’ve been cleaner but look overall I was very pleased with the hotel an the room we had. "

"Location is excellent with 7-11 and one subway within 5 mins walk. Only one stop away from the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden that is a famous spot for sightseeing Cherry Blossoms.
We stayed on the 3rd floor so super quiet. I’ve got quick response for all my queries. Highly recommend it for families travelling to Tokyo."

"Great hotel and convenient location in Shinjuku. We were able to take advantage of the nearby train stations to get to other parts of Tokyo like Shibuya, Akihabara, etc. We had a smaller room that had a bunk bed style for our family of 3. It was definitely a tight squeeze but we made it work."

Walkable to everything shinjuku/harajuku/shibuya. 7eleven in basement, line of restaurants 3min walking distance, daisy bakery right next door (excellent for coffee breakfast). "I was in Japan in late February-early March. The room was very clean, I couldn't get the portable humidifier going but failed to report it, The air conditioning did not seem to do much, but the window in my room opened and that was wonderful. Staff was efficient, helpful, and attentive."
