"The hotel is located in the center of the city, close to University buses and 5-7 min walk to Shambles. The property looks like new and our large room with huge shower on the 3rd floor was clean. Stuff was friendly and very helpful. We have not eaten in the restaurant, since there are a lot of options close to the hotel. Nice touch was the machine that would allow us to reserve the Uber or reserve the activities around the city."

"Room was clean, Free breakfast was amazing!! Parking isn’t on site so you have to pay for parking. We used a van so it was even harder to find a place to park. Other than that the stay was really nice and our room was really nice."

"Great location very walkable to bars and resturants. Breakfast was good, had plenty of selections. We did have one problem, was there was only one outlet to charge our devices which was a little annoying."

"If this isn’t the most expensive place in town, it must be pretty close. We were lucky, we feel, to get a room in the modern extension. It was a corner room and remarkable. The girl at the front desk tried to upgrade us for money and with her accent I couldn’t quite understand what the benefit to a different room would have been. It is hard for me to imagine a bedroom at this hotel. We used the spa and it is quite lovely and recently redone. However, a few of the features were not in operation, which was only slightly disappointing. I had a massage that was quite average, unfortunately. I’m glad I booked it with the hot stones. Otherwise I would’ve felt the benefit was not worth the money. I wasn’t expecting a sports massage, but this was too light to touch for my tastes. The restaurants and bars are all good to go. The hotel is on the “other” side of the river and I am of the belief this made for a quieter stay. You are a 10-15 minute walk from the center of the action. Nigel at the concierge was a top man."
