Any issues? Access to parking is a little tight for larger vehicles but ample and secure. Otherwise it is as close to perfection as one could expect. "

"Exceptionally clean and comfy room, fresh bedding and towels available.
Perfect location on the river, by the train station with just a 5 minute walk to the city centre.
We stayed in room 1 and had a lovely view of the river on the morning, hotel was quiet, warm and comfortable.
Martyn assisted with great communication telling us everything we needed to know prior to getting to the guest house, check in and check out was simple and easy.
