"Overall is acceptable not xpect much for low cost hotel Check in process is too long time Lady check in forget to give voucher for breakfast make me pay xtra Staff r bit cold ( understood they r tired) But they try hard to do their job For that money u can find a proper hotel too This is new Xperience for this kind of hotel Overall I can handle that"

"Great location, service and rooms clean everything’s perfect"

"I checked in twice and found that each room type has a different bathroom design. However, both are specifically designed for tall people, which makes it difficult and uncomfortable for shorter people, as all the bathroom fixtures seem to be designed only for tall individuals. The room has a vintage style with carpeting, but the view from the room is exceptional."

"Very clean and quiet property. Staff was helpful and kind. Located in beautiful neighborhood close to everything."

"A great modern hotel close to Yokohama's international cruise port. Good sized rooms with views. The roof terrace is a bonus. Breakfast (included) was top notch. Chinatown is 5 minutes walk away as is the nearest train station. Would thoroughly recommend to departing or returning cruise passengers."
