"We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. "

"We were a party of 4 couples. And We Loved everything about the Hyatt Ziva Hotel. Clean rooms, they will come in every day to clean them. The Ocean view was perfect all the way around, from every view. Did have to worry about the parking cus, we got around through Uber or taxi. But, better prices on Uber. And the staff, and the service was excellent. The 5 days that we were there. We were taking care of, a double thumbs up. Starting with front staff as we were dropped off, greeted great.The staff that walked around to make sure you had your drinks, food or other. Look for Alex and Christian when you go relax in the pool area. All the restaurants were great, food was excellent really recommend it. Unfortunately, two restaurants were closed for remodeling. But, still enough restaurants to enjoy. Especially, the restaurant that has buffet all day long. Service and food were Amazing. Look for Alejandra, I believe she’s the waiters manager. Look for Sandra, Angel and another young girl, forgot her name. Great service from them. And look for Cesar he was like are private chef !! His specialties were Amazing. Great Cook.. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed but, will be satisfied. We are already planning are next trip to come back..🙏👍❤️"
