"Last year, we were accommodated in a much newer and more comfortable bungalow. This time, however, we were given an older one in comparison to the surrounding options.
I may be mistaken, but it gave the impression that certain nationalities might have been given preference.
On a positive note, the swimming pools are excellent, the food is of high quality, and the resort is very suitable for families.

"The staff and food were the best elements of the trip. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and good to see Tunisian options available.
Some parts of the hotel in need of refurbishment and are looking very tired. Our bungalow room has loose curtain rails, loose soap dispensers, little holes in the curtains and the minibar fridge was rusty - not what you expect from 5* accommodation."
