This hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms very old school, old furniture, smelling humidity and when i took a shower the water was leaking from everywhere. Bed was not comfortable at all, old sheets and bad AC. We didn’t have the cleaning service despite the fact we asked for it twice (it’s supposed to be done without asking even).. This hotel doesn’t match a five stars hotel criteria, breakfast was a real joke. They didn’t even have butter, no variety at all and poor choices. At the end we went to eat outside despite the fact that we had all inclusive. Their pet policy is not honest, they give different versions to their clients. I was not allowed to bring in my little dog (I was told no pets allowed at the hotel) but someone else had his dog a the hotel without any problem. I felt disappointed and tricked . The only positive things about this hotel was their outdoor space (garden and trees) , the beach and the personal working there were extremely friendly and kind. Be careful when you book your vacation because mine was ruined!

Lack of maintenance, rooms are big but not modern and the bathroom is a desaster for a 5* hotel, no mini bar replenching, repetitive food but overall is very good. Servers are good but some are jut after tips. They sais it is ultra all inclusive but they offer the same things are an ordinary all inclusive resort but very poor comparing with 5* resorts in the caribeans

I had a pleasant weekend at this hotel. We were welcomed warmly and given good advice. The food was too good, varied, and catered to all tastes. The hotel is beautiful both inside and out, the garden, pool, beach, restaurant, and bar were well-maintained. I'm removing one star because there was a bad smell in the room. We didn't make a complaint because I thought it would fade away, but in fact, when we came back in the evening, it was still there, and we had to perfume the room to sleep :) I wasn't expecting this from a hotel of this standing. That said, I recommend the hotel and might come back one day, but I would ask to change rooms if it doesn't meet my expectations.

Perfect Relaxed week

This hotel is beautiful. The gardens are so lovely, the pools gorgeous, the beach - fine gold sand, the service is attentive and cheerful, the beds are huge and comfortable. The rooms are airy and vaulted ceilings and very clean. Bathrooms luxurious. All inclusive buffet delicious and excellent choice. And there is an excellent pastry chef - with incredible fresh pastries served all day long!! We loved it. Added bonus and important for April visit was the heated indoor pool and hammam spa.
