Vi bodde på detta hotell redan 2018 och då var allt fantastiskt – bra service, fräscha rum och god mat. Tyvärr har standarden försämrats rejält sedan dess. När vi kom till rummet denna gång möttes vi av en stark röklukt. Toalettstolen var trasig och det gick varken att spola eller tvätta händerna, då det inte kom något vatten ur kranen. Duschen fungerade inte alls. Hela badrummet var extremt slitet, och rummet i övrigt var ostädat och fullt av trasiga saker. Servicen var under all kritik. Vi kontaktade receptionen för att få hjälp, men fick vänta länge – utan att någon dök upp. Vi erbjöds inte ens ett nytt rum, trots att det inte gick att använda toalett eller dusch. Vi var tvungna att gå runt oduschade och kunde inte ens förbereda oss inför en fest vi skulle på. Maten var smaklös, kall och oaptitlig – helt utan kryddor. Även i hotellets allmänna utrymmen märktes den dåliga standarden: t.ex. saknades både tvål och pappershanddukar på toaletterna i receptionen. Personalen var otrevlig och visade ingen förståelse för situationen. Vi kände oss illa behandlade, ifrågasatta och fick kämpa för att få någon form av kompensation. Det här hotellet håller absolut inte femstjärnig standard – snarare enstjärnig. Tyvärr blev vistelsen en stor besvikelse och jag kan inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel horrible. Les chambres sont grandes mais vieillottes. Les chambres sont propres, mais les tapis et les murs tachés. Grande salle de bain, mais un peu de moisissure. En fait, c’est bien, mais… Surtout ne demandez rien au personnel de la réception ou du bar. Ils ne voudront pas vous aider. Au restaurant par contre, le personnel est vraiment sympathique.

Mauvaise expérience

Je tiens à vous mentionner que mon commentaire est à but constructif et non péjoratif. Une très mauvaise expérience que j’ai vécu dans cet hôtel qui est loin d’un 5 étoiles je le confirme il est plus tôt 3 ou 4* maximum et pas plus . Pour le prix que j’ai payé presque 875 dt pour une nuitée avec hôtels.com je m’attendais à un service beaucoup mieux car le rapport qualité prix n’était pas du tout à la hauteur des mes attentes. L’édifice est rendu un peu vieux , l’air climatisé n’était pas fonctionnel dans les espaces en commun , le buffet était fermé et même pour dîner on était obligé d’aller au restaurant à la carte d’ailleurs on était désinformé par le réceptionniste quand je lui ai posé la question si je choisi le restaurant à la carte ou le buffet , il savait que le buffet était fermé alors il nous conseillais d’aller au restaurant a la carte car il est beaucoup mieux (soit disant conseil d’ami) là-bas le choix était très limité alors que je m’attendais à plus de variétés surtout pour le prix que j’ai payé (875dt), pour un prix moins dispendieux j’aurai dû aller à la cigale Tabarka ou Russelior à quelques mètres très luxueux comme hôtels et un service beaucoup plus meilleur. Au début je pensais que c’était un hôtel seulement pour les adultes alors qu’ils y avait des enfants au bord de la piscine et j’ignore la raison pourquoi ils ne donnent pas la bonne information dès le début malgré que j’ai rien contre les enfants.

Great night stay

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night of my recent trip to Tunisia, and this hotel was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were friendly, food was nice and also the beach was amazing and the hotel also had 4 pools in total which allowed plenty of room to chill out in.

Trés agréable

L'hôtel Oceana est un des rares 5 étoiles à Hammamet à respecter les prestations d'un 5 étoiles (expérience de cette région depuis 2010). Les plus de cet établissement : Adulte Only. tarif justifié, la piscine, la plage, les sports nautiques ( matériels neuf).La direction ainsi que leurs collaborateurs et tout le personnel sont à notre écoute et réactifs, le personnel du service de nettoyage très professionnel avec un service irréprochable. Je vous remercie pour ce très agréable séjour.

Personnel détestable

L'hôtel est très beau et la chambre confortable pour le personnel c'est autre chose... Le matin de l'arrivée on nous invite a aller au petit déjeuner mais il n'était pas inclus pour ce premier matin le réceptionniste nous oblige a lui régler 22€ en liquide prétextant qu'il n'a pas d'appareil a CB que l'on règle uniquement en liquide (plus tard nous avons vu que c'était faux et compris que l'on c'était fait avoir) Nous avons vu des chambres avec piscine et sommes allés demander si une d'entre elles serait disponible on nous dit que oui moyennant un supplément de 50€ par nuit nous validons on nous confirme le matin même à 11h que l'on peu changer de chambre pour midi nous partons faire nos valises revenons à la réception ce n'est plus possible de changer et on veut nous forcé à prendre une autre chambre sans piscine mais plus cher que la notre. Le jour du check-out leur appareil à CB (qui existait bien en fin de compte !) ne fonctionnait pas on nous force à prendre un taxi à nos frais pour aller retirer en ville à notre retour fort mécontents nous réclamons un geste commercial on nous dit que ça ne se fait pas (même pas capable de nous offrir une boisson ou quoi que se soit sur notre note) on nous agresse et nous répond que c'est comme on veut ou on paye ou on ne nous laissera pas partir. Le réceptionniste nous menace. Très mauvaise expérience.

Zimmer sehr schön une geräumig. Anscheinend renoviert. Bad hingegen etwas altmodisch, Dusche, Ablauf funktionieren nicht sehr gut. Es braucht Geduld bis das Heisswasser zum Fliessen kommt. Wir hatten eine Suite Prestige; sehr gross, aber "kalt". Toilette im Bad; sind wir uns nicht gewohnt. Schwimmbad sehr angenehm, wunderschöner Park, angenehmes Pool-Restaurant und ebenso angenehme "Buvette" am Strand. Gutes Essen im Pool-Restaurant; mittelmässig am Buffet.
