"Extraordinary stay at one of the top hotels in Seoul. Service is above and beyond. Food is superb and the corner rooms have the most stunning view of the city. Everything is absolutely perfect. Easy to walk to the main shopping area in Gangnam, lots of fabulous restaurants and also Lotte World Tower and Mall. Highly recommend! "
"Terrible hotel to stay. Run down and nothing like pictures. This is not a comfortable hotel, room smells like having plumbing issues, water leaking, renovated to allure people, misleading. Had to stay only one night but never will use it. Not worth. "
"The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a good and basic room but the tub could use some updating. They give you free water and you can do your laundry for free as well but there is no dryer, it’s not a problem though. It’s a great place if you need a place to stay for a couple of days and you’re not planning to be in your room all day. They have free Netflix to watch tv. The bus stops right across the street and it’s a 15 min walk to the train, so it is easy to get anywhere you need to go. "

"Great location with the subway and shops in walking distance! Staff were super friendly and accomodating to early check in. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was amazing with various selections and good quality food! Would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again! "
