Everything about our stay was exceptional, the staff in particular. Everyone went above and beyond for not just us, but other guests. The staff at this hotel really take pride in what they do and how they serve others. Thank you specifically for the recommendations from the very kind breakfast reception lady , who took the time to recommend some stuff for our kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our stay!

Hotel was really nice and clean and located in a great area. There is a 7/11 really close and lots of dining options near by. The hotel buffet was also delicious. I would stay here again! The staff was extremely helpful and polite.

Possibly the best stay of my life, we loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, the facilities are top-notch, breakfast is amazing, pool is spotless, laundry in the basement is so easy to access, provides change, sells detergent, gym is great, and the washlet toilets in the rooms are amazing. Rachel Kim in the dining room was a great host, and Peter Kim at the front desk helped us a lot. The subway is steps away, tonnes of great restaurants around, the area is clean and easy to get around, can't say enough good about this place.

Located in the edge of Gangnam area, easy access to the center of Gangnam. There is Self laundry facility on the base floor. That was so convenient for people stay with kids like us. Room is clean and stylish. Staff are nice and polite. I definitely will book this hotel for my next trip to Seoul.
