"Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time."

"I saw someone share photos of this Onsen on instagram and had to see if they had rooms available. I’m so glad I did! The property is stunning, the staff are incredibly warm and kind, and the food was exceptional. I got a room with a balcony over the fish pond and a private bath and I enjoyed every second of my stay. I will absolutely come back the next time I am in Japan. "The hotel is stunning, so beautiful. Staff are great. But they can’t speak english. Ps. I was lucky there was intern who can speak English during my stay except for her others can’t speak english"

"The staff was incredibly nice and the incl. buffet breakfast and omakase dinner was excellent. The in room private onsen was very nice with views of Mt. Fuji. The nightly drum show was a nice touch. 10/10 recommend!"

"This was my first time staying at a Dormy Inn, and as expected from its reputation, it was a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff provided great service, and I really enjoyed the thoughtful little touches, including the complimentary Yonaki Soba (late-night noodles). I was especially pleasantly surprised by how delicious the welcome grape juice was. Although it is a bit of a walk from the JR station, it is definitely a hotel I would recommend."

"Hade a nice stay."
