Very classy hotel with excellent service. Stayed for one night and had 6-course western dinner which was very good. The outdoor spa gets full view of Mt Fuji. Fully deserved of 5-star review.

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only cons is not a lot of funny options at the hotel, but you could drive to other restaurants nearby.

今回宿泊する2日前に予約したのですが、お部屋もとても綺麗で、チェックアウト前のお掃除時に別のお部屋をのぞいたのですが、どのお部屋も玄関からお部屋まで距離がありお部屋もとても広かったです。大浴場にも行ってみましたが、内湯の中に手すりと階段の段差が低めでとても入りやすかったです。外の露天風呂にも付いたら良いなと思いました。ホテルのスタッフさんはどの方も皆さんフレンドリーで丁寧に接客してくださいました。また、近いうちに絶対行きます

実母、義母を連れて一泊しました。施設はまるでイタリアのトスカーナの丘の上にある教会の様な、のどかな佇まいか素敵で、オーストリア出身の義母は大変喜んでいました。お部屋もとても綺麗で館内全体が清潔な香りがします。全部屋の眺望が富士山と山梨市の夜景を一望できます。露天風呂も綺麗で素敵です。サービスはこれ以上ないほど素晴らしいです。朝食で小柄な実母が椅子に座るとスタッフさんがすぐさま背中にクッションを入れてくださいました。また泊まりたいと思うホテルです！

窓からの景色が最高です

家族3人でスタンダードツインに宿泊しましたが、エキストラベッドを入れても広めの部屋でした。大きい窓からは、夜は夜景と朝は朝焼けの空と富士山が楽しめました。温泉も清潔でゆったりと楽しむことが出来ました。

お正月に一泊（朝食付き）させていただきました。目的はほったらかし温泉で『日の出』『日の入り』を見るためです。宿からほったらかし温泉までは車で5分程。ホテルの目の前にはフルーツ公園があり、子供達が小さかったら家族旅行で連泊したいと思うホテルです。館内はとても綺麗で、静かです。ただ、館内の売店は品数が少ない為、必要な物は購入してからホテルへチェックインされることをおススメします。露天風呂からの眺望は垣根があり…背の低い私は景色を堪能できず、残念でした。客室は広くて綺麗です。ゆっくり過ごさせていただきました。

小さな子供がいましたが、ゆったりとした部屋でリラックスできました。昼も夜の景色も最高でした。フルーツパークでは子供も大いに楽しめました。ワイナリー見学も近く、最高の場所でした。
