"The hotel has been recently rebranded and is undergoing extensive renovations. The bits they've finished, like the rooms and the dining room, are new and shiny. The room itself was comfortable. It's close to the town, which has good izakaya and other options if you're not on a meal plan. There is also a Lawson close-by. Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. The inn was very relaxing and we enjoyed the on-site onsen, and the excellent Japanese breakfast. The room was WONDERFUL. We loved the traditional architecture-with modern amenities-and the room was clean and had very comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was modern and the complimentary drinks in the mini-bar area...
