Wonderful place with good location

Loved the place, good location. The ramen at the restaurant at the corner is fantastic by the way. Everything was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful. Would come back anytime !

Hotel is close to the station which is very convenient. Location was perfect for reason we came to visit. Room was a nice size for a few nights stay. Check out process was very easy and staff were helpful.

Great staff who were very nice and accommodating. The staff during the breakfast hour was the most friendliest staff I've met and ensure that the buffet items were replenished consistently and continuously. The public bath was a nice touch/addition; didnt know there was one until the day we checked in. The amenities were also very abundant and nice from the body washing sponge to the drip coffee. Rooms are of typical sizes you expect in Japan so just keep that in mind when you stay here.

The breakfast was ample and delicious. The room was clean and adequate, though small as is common in Japan. We upgraded to get something just a little bigger. The onsen was a delight for us. The staff was certainly helpful.

Simple, easy and comfortable. This was my 4th stay at Green Rich Tottori and as always the experience reflected these 3 principles. It’s within a 5 minute walk from tottori station and had many local restaurants nearby. At the end of every day the hot spring inside was refreshing. Thank you Green Rich Tottori.
