"Lovely staff and a seamless registration process. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. It was nice, and unusual, to have enough tea, coffee and milk in the room to avoid the embarrassment of asking for more! "

"Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. "
"The hotel was excellent for access to local attractions. As it did not offer dinner or breakfast there were several places ranging in price to obtain food very nearby. Staff excellent and friendly ready to help. Bonus for us was we were able to take our dogs. "

"Ged our check in host organised our Checkin as we has multiple needs. Parking and shuttle To the airport in the morning. Easily organised with a smile and a joke in his pocket. The only thing that let our stay down was the air con not working in our room. On arrival we weren't informed of any issue, on opening our room we stepped into a very hot room with 3 fans going full blast - despite the work around the room was too hot and our it made our son feel poorly"
