Room was great, hotel also had a complementary taxi sercice to and from events centre on site, which was very welcome as the weather wasn't the best. Breakfast was served quickly by attentive staff. "Beautiful property, the bar staff were fantastic and really helpful with recommendations. The breakfast was so good! The only.issue was the room was very hot- where we stayed (the mews) the pipes were constantly radiating heat even with the radiator off. We had to have the fan on and the window open all night, despite it only being around 12 degrees outside. We also made use of the spa facilities (extra £20 each) just next door which was lovely. "
