"Had a warm welcome, a complimentary drink upon arrival, the hotel and area was extensively introduced and explained. Staff were wonderful, pool and spa area was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Absolutely recommend this hotel and definitely re-visiting!! "
"View from room was beautiful. Room condition was acceptable. Breakfast was basic buffet with cold cuts,cereal ,fruits , simple pastry ,coffee from automatic coffee machine. No hot food included in booking such as eggs or full English breakfast ,You have to pay more for that. "

"We stayed for a weekend at The Ro hotel and had a lovely time. The staff are all friendly and work so hard. The hotel it's self is slightly dated in some areas but that adds to it's charm. We also used the wellness centre and would definitely recommend it. It's really clean and modern with lots to offer.
The hotel is is really central to windermere, we were able to walk everywhere easily. We'd definitely stay here again."
"Overall we had an excellent time at the burn how hotel. We did feel that the rooms could benefit from a little refresh, as some areas looked tired. The staff are simply fantastic! We had a small issue which was sorted very quickly and this was down to the efficiency of all the team. Jack in particular was professional, polite and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you."
"Lovely clean hotel, room was bright and clean, shower could be better with a booster pump, breakfast to die for fab choices! The only improvement would be a bar in main lounge so you could have a wee nightcap before bed!! Otherwise a lovely clean and welcoming hotel with amazing staff!!"

Jane and mark were wonderful hosts. The hotel was easy to find. Impeccably kept and had all the amenities you need. You could book breakfast and a variety of options were available. The lication was great perfevtly placed halfway between windermere and bowness for places to eat.
The frontage of the house was beautiful with lots of flowers too which was lovely. We had a great time and would highly recommend"
