"Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff and service. I will stay here again for certain. The room (and hotel) was comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated."

"The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was good, they ran out of cups/mugs for the hot drinks so we had to use disposable cups. Room- Hair clump found on carpet in the bedroom. Too layer of bath was damaged. Toilet roll holder was loose and we couldn’t tighten it. Corridors are noisey when people are talking, can hear everything in the rooms."

"Car park was busy but managed to park at the top section which wasn’t the best having to carry luggage down the stairs. I’d already checked in on line so just had to collect key from reception. Complimentary glass of bubbles & a macaron was very much appreciated. Hotel was nicely decorated. Lift’s were slow. Our room was nice and spacious, complimentary water, coffee machine etc. nice white company toiletries. Comfortable bed, nice bed linen & towels. My only niggle was I’d asked for a quiet room due to sleep issues we were on the 8th floor but even ear plugs didn’t drown out the awful thudding music from a club below which wasn’t great so I had an awful night's sleep even my daughter couldn’t sleep! Breakfast - lots of choice. Easy self check out. Luggage facilities were handy. Car park charges were reasonable for an overnight stay. Overall we were happy enough with our stay. "

"Good check-in with friendly welcome. Great base especially if visiting the Utilitia Arena. A short 10 mins walk via canal path and you’re there. The 1 bed apartment was perfect for a family of four (2 single beds and 2 single sofa beds) Door separates bedroom to lounge area so ample space for an overnight stay. Small bar area if you want to grab a quick drink. Cannot comment on breakfast as didn’t have it. Would stay again."

"Had a really good stay. My only thing was the room was very small and had to squeeze by the bottom of the bed and the wall where the the TV was. There were also no coffee making facilities. It would've been nice to able to make a coffee when I woke up but except for that it was a great stay"
