Very modern and clean, close to the University campus, and across the road from Winterbourne House and Gardens. Breakfast was standard, and the on-site car park is a bit small (although there is overflow in the multi-story 100m away). The safe in my room didn't work, though. Overall, a pleasant trip.

Lovely property for a night or two stay. Staff were very nice. I had 2 drinks at the bar. One at night which was calm and quiet & relaxing on my own. Then complimentary coffee in the lobby once again really nice and relaxing. I slept fairly well and felt safe on my own. Bathroom had hair on the sink but wasn’t enough to complain as the rest was very clean. Walls could do with a referb as stains were on the wall. But overall a lovely hotel and having lovely reception staff and accommodating staff helps your stay a lot better especially as I needed to be at the Queen Elizabeth hospital at this sad time. Thanks to the lovely reception lady that took care of my coffee & made sure my directions back to the hospital was easy. Unfortunately I did not get her name.

A really lovely hotel with free carparking. The room was exceptionally good and everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The bar was great. The staff were particularly nice. The location was excellent for accessing the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Booked late in the day as Wife needed to be at QE Hospital for 7am. Easy walk from university station, though not well signed, even when you are standing outside it. Receptionist was nice, smiley and efficient. Room was basic but comfortable. Bed was great. Shower was great. Only there one night but on that night the hotel seemed very peaceful. Just a gentle buzz in the public areas. Restaurant wasn't so good. They forgot my drink, gave the wife a dirty glass, some of the food was nice some was diabolical. Chicken schnitzel, I’m looking at you. Overall very good.would stay again.
