"Perfect property in walking distance of everything. Will be seeking it out again when we return."

"Fabulous place to stay in Newport. Patrick was wonderful and the place was adorable!"

"The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Our room was very clean and comfortable. And I loved that there were ceiling fans! We were VERY spoiled with the continental breakfast delivered to our door each morning. It was such a treat. I highly recommend the black iced tea and the butter cake....my husband misses his daily yogurt parfaits. We even told our 21 year old daughter that she should start doing that for us each day, but she wasn't very receptive to the idea! We loved that...

"Great location, clean room. Staff was excellent and made fantastic breakfasts! Would definitely stay again"

"Great hotel! Central to everything. Loved the lobby and fireplace. Staff was excellent. Only complaint pillows are a bit hard or to full. The bathroom doesn’t allow for much privacy. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and cookies were delicious. Overall we were very happy with the hotel."

"The property was beautiful. The room was beautiful and the staff were excellent"

"I loved this property. Clean, roomy, comfortable, well-stocked - the owner was super helpful with my late-arrival time. Highly recommended and I'd return in a heartbeat. Well worth it!"
