"This resort is very well kept up, tons of things to do for kids and adults. Great amenities. We’ve stayed here 4/4 last years, and will be back again next year. We LOVE it. "

"The room needed a lot of deferred maintenance upon our arrival; shower handle, laminate flooring was chipped throughout, the privacy drapes were jammed shut. My main complaint was the lack of seating options in our room. There was a desk chair other than the bed. Another odd thing, our bathroom had a giant drain in the center of it. Very unattractive. The staff were very friendly an 8 on a scale of 10. The food was good however very limited menu and options. We don’t drink so we will probably not be returning. As a note; the staff did make 2 maintenance adjustments to help with our stay. However we should have been put in a room that didn’t require the repairs."

"Very nice place. The high resort fees don’t cover the water park. You have to pay 25.00 to use that which might be costly for families that were planning on using it daily. They also charged 7 dollars to use a bike for two hours. So, I’m not sure what the resort fees covered. They did have evening things to do and movies to watch at certain times of day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They text you during the day to let you know of events going on and you can text back if you have any questions. Very helpful. "

"My stay was overall disappointing. The cleanliness was basic at best — not terrible at first glance, but definitely below expectations. The room structure looked worn out, with several areas appearing poorly maintained or almost damaged. The bathroom condition was concerning. Beyond the general lack of upkeep, we even found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable and significantly impacted our experience. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and noise from guests walking upstairs was very noticeable, making it difficult to rest properly. Additionally, the rooms are located outside of the main lobby area, which can feel somewhat unsafe, especially at night. Considering the price paid, I do not believe this property offers good value for money. There are newer and better-maintained options along International Drive available at a similar price point. "
