"great place to stay"

"Loved the hotel. Our only complaint is that before we arrived we went online and requested a late checkout as our flight was leaving late. We thought we were all set. We did not know until our last day that the late check out was denied as they had other guests wanting our room. Nobody said anything on check in and we essentially got kicked out of our room and had to scramble to get packed up and wait for a few hours in the lobby vs being able to relax in our room. The front desk was not helpful, or apologetic. Otherwise, we love the hotel"

"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property was beautiful and filled with things to do for people of all ages. The pools and hot tubs were amazing (our family loves swimming). The property itself was just awesome. Being a gated community it really helped make us feel safe. Also, the location is super convenient to entertainment in the area. We will definitely be returning for another stay."

"Everything was perfect! Great location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities. The atmosphere is very family-friendly but also peaceful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The room needed a personal cleaning as it wasn’t cleaned to any standard. By the 5th day there, pools were dirty, brown build up and things floating in the water. "
