"Dirty room and hallways- amenities were nice but not many options in the restaurant, and food delivery was unavailable (on site or off site). Staff not too friendly or willing to help. Charged extra for parking and basic room cleaning/towels. Dryer did not work. Would not recommend "

"I was so upset I was traveling with a 2 year old and the shower had hair all over, carpet & couch so many stains, the bed sheets weren’t even on the bed, the towels were stained, the the tile with slippery. I was so grossed out I never leave reviews but I had to. "

"When you enter the hotel the smell of mold/mildew is very strong. The room had the same odor. The lighting in the room was low, and the air conditioner sits very close to the bed so the cold air is on your face body as you sleep. Woke with dry sore throat. It is the smell of the room and hotel, air-conditioned blowing at you I rated lower. This should be a 6 not an 8. The pool also should leave the skimmer out for patrons to scoop bugs out of the pool. Over all the hotel Iwas clean, staff friendly. My suggestions would be remove carpets and the Murphy door to the bathroom (seemed to have strong odor. Proximity to park and price were excellent."

"This resort is amazing! The only reason we left for one day was to head to the west coast to go to St. Pete's Beach. There is a ton to do. My granddaughters had a blast. Everything went great and we enjoyed every moment. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Minor details were not overlooked. The villa we stayed in was beautiful. The screened in porch was a great added touch. We will be back!"

"The house was roomy. It did look like it needed a deep cleaning. The main master bedroom had a broken bed when we arrived. We had to have some people sleep on the couch. The boards under the bed were broken in half and sticking out the side of the bed. We had to wait until the next day for someone to come fix it. Wasted a whole morning for them to come fix it. I paid for 4 bedrooms and was only able to use 3 that first night. They came and replaced some boards on the bed. The mattresses were very thin also on the beds. The nightstand next to the bed also fell over when we placed a phone on it. Spoke to the manager there asked for a late check out for compensation. She stated there was someone checking in. We checked out and no one even went to clean the room until after 12pm. Overall it was ok for a budget townhouse."
