They are remodeling and you can tell. What people need to understand it is a Motel not a Hotel. With what they charge it's a great deal. They do offer a Continental breakfast with an Expresso machine, you make Latte's and Cappuccinos! They also have a pool which I was not able to utilize. The beds were very comfortable. Jay was great at a speedy check in. Can you tell it's a Motel Yes but what do you expect? It's a great place to lay your head after a long day after the park.

I didn't like no tub stopper but king bed and I liked the bottles of shampoo conditioner lotion hanging in the shower. The night clerk Thurs night I checked in was very nice and the British guy super cool! Would highly recommend to anyone. Safe and quiet.

Room was clean, staff very welcoming. Breakfast selection quite limiting but satisfying. Fresh brewed coffee was a highlight. Strange combination of closet and bathroom in one area, but not critical. Quiet location.

The staff was very friendly, family run operation. Don’t judge by the outside, the rooms are very clean, a little dated but the bed was very comfortable- no problems falling asleep. Plenty of shopping plazas on the highway but the highlight is downtown Clermont about 25 minutes away.
