"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"The inn was perfectly located with plenty of onsite parking. Easy walking to the inner harbour and parliament building. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was quite large and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again for a wonderful visit to Victoria!"

"Enjoyed our stay especially since we had our dog with us they provided a mat, dog bowl and treats. Helpful to have an air conditioned room in the summer months unlike other places I have stayed at in Victoria. I was really impressed by how big the bathroom was! Staff were pleasant. Never made it down for the free coffee and fruits for breakfast but I am sure it was decent as well. The Rialto cookies were yummy!! :) Would definitely stay here again. The only one con was that the secured parkade...

"I stayed here for the night and the high tea next day. The staff are great and nothing particularly below the bar, however I wouldn’t recommend if you just want a comfortable hotel room. They do have Le Labo soap."

"I am not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel, but when we arrived, we were told they were sold out for that night and had no room booked for us. The front desk lady was very helpful, found a suite for us, and told us about all the amenities the hotel offered. The proximity to Victoria's inner harbour is excellent; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there was parking for our car."

"Very large room but starting to show some signs of wear and tear. There was a banging sound until about 11pm which was annoying and the soap and shampoo dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. The location was good and the breakfast was good."
