I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"The room was older and needed an update. The cord for the water kettle was too short. The wall plug ins were so low. The mattresses are hard. The side chair didn’t quite fit by the bed, For the price and location, it was good. So we would overlook the rest. "

"The location is excellent as it is slightly away from downtown, however, a good walking distance to cross the bridge to be at the heard of most tourist locations. The hotel itself can do a renovation, a bit dated although it is still very clean and tidy. The room I was assigned to was very disappointing as it faced to a wall completely and had no view whatsoever."

"Enjoyed my stay. It was a bucket list item! It was clean! It was quiet. There are robes and I love dark towels! The bed is warm with a firm mattress. At home I have a 4 inch memory foam topper, so a firm mattress was a very different sleep for me. My favorite was having a seal swim by as I was having my morning coffee! "Very convenient location and private. Alleyway noise could be an issue for some, but we didn't mind. It made it feel like true city living! The unit was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The communication was friendly and reliable.
