"Hôtel correct bon petit-déjeuner"

"We arrived very late, and the clerk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant."

"Too many noise. Impossible to sleep. Many children in the corridor."

"Niet super schoon maar voor 1 nacht was dat niet zo erg. Buiten het hotel staat het onkruid overal in het grind. Geeft een slordige indruk. Waar ik het meeste moeite mee had is dat er plotseling een vreemde man binnenkwam in onze kamer terwijl wij even lagen te rusten op het bed. Hoe kan iemand anders dezelfde code hebben van onze kamer?? Het ontbijt was in orde."

"El baño es pequeño y muy poco privado"

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

"Beautiful, clean, cozy place with very helpful and friendly staff!"

"Friendly staff and a quiet convenient location just outside Strasbourg."

"Très propre, très bien desservi"

"Prima"

"Very good access into the city via tram."

"Very nice hotel in good location not far from the centre. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and good breakfast option."

"It was very easy to check in and out and it was located right by a bus station which made it easy to commute around during our stay!"

"Solides Hotel mit guter Tram-Abindung. Kleines Frühstück aber mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Frühstück für 15 Euro pro Person = ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal."

"Outstanding hotel in every way! Great location to walk everywhere. Staff over the top friendly and extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service! Would highly recommend and will stay there whenever I return to Strasbourg."
