Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each night.

Very confortable stay, very accommodating staff. Conveniently located with busses/tram on the doorstep. Carrefour city and other convenience shops all within two mins walk. Only three stars for breakfast as luxury hotels usually have a better range of local produces. A great experience on the whole.

Wonderful place for a short stay and even better for an extended stay (big rooms with kitchenette and laundry facilities on site). Short tram ride to downtown… very convenient. Quiet hotel out of the business of downtown. Close to European parliament. Highly recommend. Great breakfast!

Spacious room

Very nice stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and has even a kitchen. The sheet cover of the bed was dirty (blood and coffee?) and changed it a day later at the housekeeper. Breakfast is good and delicious in the fancy breakfast room. Nice staff (housekeeping as well as at the reception). Free Parking at the front (or behind) of the hotel. Public transport is around the corner.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram station, making it very easy to get around town. Otherwise, the hotel is very busy and quite impersonal. Staff was just going through the motions and showed no genuine hospitality or desire to welcome guests, likely due to the property actually having two hotels on site. There's a laundry machine on site, which was very convenient to refresh clothes if you're coming from an extended trip and the gym on site was well kept. The breakfast area also had good selections.

Very nice room with an excellent King Size bed. Outside the eggs the breakfast was fine. The airco is not very effective, the room was rather warm for our liking and could not be cooled more. The major drawback is the parking. Upon arrival there was some kind of sportsgame in the neighborhood. Streetparking difficult so we put ourselves in the, hard to find, underground parking behind the hotel. The hotel promissed us a 20% discount. In the end it was only 10% and the parking is outrageously expensive. Even with discount over 20 euro per day. Probably the reason why the parking was almost empty.

The hotel was clean, overall we enjoyed our 5 night stay. Having a nearby tram station made getting around strasbourg very convenient with frequent trains. The only negative point was the breakfast, which was chaotic. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests, with not enough tables to sit, often no cutlery or food items left for long periods, tables not being cleared efficiently and too crowded. On one occassion when we arrived later at 10am, we were informed by the manager that there were no pastries left (breakfast finishes at 10.30am). The hotel would be greatly improved if they addressed the breakfast situation.

Disappointing Stay: Avoid This Hotel ​My stay was entirely unsatisfactory and fell well below expectations. Despite the Marriott name, the hotel suffered from poor cleanliness, failing service, and subpar facilities. ​Room Issues: Upon arrival, we found dirty bed sheets, dusty surfaces, and a grimy soap dispenser. By day three, despite requesting housekeeping for essentials and reporting a leaking shower that kept us awake, no service was provided. Returning at 10:30 PM to a messy room was unacceptable. While staff eventually brought urgent supplies after a second complaint, they offered no apology or proper cleaning. ​Dining Experience: The hotel restaurant was equally disappointing. The food was overpriced and poor quality—24€ for a simple small burger with some fries. The veggie version didn't even stay together, it was just loose chunks. The tables, floor and seats in the restaurant had crumbles, stains and dust on them. On top of that, the toilets in restaurant/bar are not maintained at all and very dirty (toiletrolls on the floor even a day later still + inside of toilet extremely yellow/brown. ​This experience has solidified my decision to avoid Marriott hotels in the future. I cannot recommend this property.
