"Great place to stay"

"Room was clean however I was given a room with a broken stove and microwave. I booked from Friday to Monday and had my family. It was a huge inconvenience as I booked this hotel for the kitchen they had to avoid spending so much on outside food during my trip. We weren’t able to be accommodated and moved to another room until Sunday afternoon. They did refund me for the first two nights so I was appreciative for that. Just wish I had a room that worked throughout my entire stay. Otherwise everything else was fine, staff was kind and didn’t seem to be annoyed during my grievances."

"It would be nice if they had a full time restaurant. The surrounding area has no restaurants and we had to Uber quite often. Their restaurant has very limited hours and is completely closed on a few days."

"The property was not maintained well. The front door would not lock and the safety latch was cracked in half. The bathroom faucet handle came completely detached with each use. The towels were very small and not good quality. The pillows were terrible. Many of the fixtures and clothes hangers were rusted. Although a non-smoking facility, pot, cigarette, and cigar smoke were rampant on the grounds."

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was covered in homeless people. It was dirty. There were no pillow cases on the bed nor a blanket. There was a nail sticking out of the wall. Someone shot a gun next door in the middle of the night. It was terrible. I was genuinely scared for my life."

"The staff to serve breakfast on Sunday morning did not show up, so there was no breakfast served that morning and no coffee either. On my last nite staying, it was Sunday nite and the elevator was making some kind of really lous clanging noise when it moved and could be heard all nite long and very annoying to myself and im sure guest as well"

"No breakfast available,although the website stated breakfast was available until 9am. I would have passed on it anyways . The room was dirty, floors not swept and the sheets were not changed. Cigarette burn on them and dried blood spots in the fitted sheets. I took pictures because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's a non smoking facility and the place smelled like smoke and weed. I think we stayed in the room next to some illegal sexual activities-ALL NIGHT! Will NEVER come back. Don't stay here. I would have been better in my car at a Walmart parking lot, but I had already driven 12 hours and was exhausted. "
