It was very strange the way the parking was compared to where the check in was. One-way streets were many. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Had a problem with the shower but I managed. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The waitress was very nice and help you with your decisions. I will not stay there again, even though I loved the restaurant.

I have stayed at the other hotels that are close to Scope/Chrysler Hall…this was the best experience hands down. Although the rooms were average, the staff was amazing! The bar was well stocked and fun! Breakfast was good! They had a menu with Real Food!
Usually, we’re mixing peanuts and cheez its from the tiny, front desk corner store…this time-Nachos! Thank you Christina and Debra for a great experience!

With location and general architecture uniqueness, this could be a cool hotel with professional follow through on aesthetics and hospitality features.
My pillow case upon arrival of our check in was bloody. The staff quickly resolved the matter.
Debra at the front desk was excellent very professional and courteous.
Everything was clean and it was quiet. The food was delicious and my husband loved the bar. It was close to the Cedar Grove parking lot for our cruise. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
