The staff has been so accommodating to us my mother has been in the hospital here in Chicago and we have been here for almost a week since we live 2 hours away. All of the managers and girls at the desk are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Very clean I would give 10 stars if it allowed! "

"The hotel seems laid back, wasn’t super busy. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi which is nice. The jets in the jacuzzi were so powerful though that you could not necessarily sit back. You had to sit towards the edge of the seat because they were shooting the water everywhere to the point where it was even soaking the floor surrounding it. The hotel has a bar/restaurant/coffee bar that offers a limited selection of food. The bartending that was working was new so she was still getting the hang of things, she was nice though. We put on the app we would be arriving at 3 which check in was at 4 so I know there was not guarantee on the room being available which was fine. The ladies working the front desk were nice and said the room was getting a “final inspection” and would be done ready in about 15-20 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later they said the room was good to go. We had asked for extra towels prior to arrival in which the hotel responded they would accommodate, we mentioned it again when we were checking in and they relayed the message to house keeping as they were “finalizing” the room. When we got to the room there were no extra towels, so we had to call for them. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken and basically just sitting there, and the entertainment stand/shelves/fridge cabinet were covered in dust. Which is all interesting considering the room have a 30 minute final inspection. They brought towels and maintenance came and fixed the sink. Not a bad hotel"

"I was very appreciative of the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The front staff ( male ) was very nice and helpful. it was really quit there especially for a Saturday night. I believe they can work on the amentities when it comes to breakfast and even putting a pool in but I understand that they keep the prices low for a reason. overall I would stay there again and was very appreciative of the cleaniliness oh also I was able to bring both of my dogs."
