"Definitely the worst Super 8 we've ever stayed in. Most Super 8 hotels have clean areas and a decent breakfast. Lots of updates needed all over hotel, but generally clean enough, other than a random white handprint on the bathroom wall and a sticky bathroom floor. Previous occupant's food in the fridge too. Broken lampshade, broken (no) latch lock on door. No amenities - no fitness room, no pool, no lobby area, no real breakfast like other Super 8s have. Breakfast area was really awful -- sticky juice drying on a large area of the floor, dirty countertops, only muffins, yogurt, and cereal for food. Messy and unkempt. Staff are helpful enough, but don't dress professionally (flip flops and t-shirts), and seem irritated when you ask for anything. Wouldn't even program a new key for my husband who returned late at night to find his key didn't work. He was told he'd need to wake up his family to let him into the room (?). Ridiculous We booked a single King bed room for 3 people, b/c it said it could accommodate 3. When I called and found out that there is no pull out bed or cot for the 3rd person, they offered to upgrade us to a 2-Queen bed room for same price. Great! But when we arrived, they made a big deal of it and claimed it wasn't possible without first checking us in to the original room. In the end it was completely possible, and didn't need to be fully explained to us, the customer. Just do whatever you need to do on your end. It was a little exhausting."

"Unfortunately the pool was under construction and we were not alerted to that prior to on Orbitz or WT’s website. The curtains were pretty filthy and we had a stand up shower that drained incredibly slow. The front desk staff was pleasant and helped with directions however requesting towels it took 2 stops down to the desk and an hour later to get what we needed. I always register for 4 guests and receive 3 towels!"

"Had an issue with the staff at the front desk. I ask for my room to be cleaned as I didn’t know that they don’t change the sheets unless you asked them to. I called them on Friday to tell them my sheets was never changed but the bed was made. She never apologized she just said at the Marriott you have to ask for sheets to be changed. I told her if I was told that I would have known when I asked for my room to be cleaned after being there for 4-5 days by then. She replied well…that’s just how it is at the Marriott. Everything else was good from other staff with great hospitality except hers. I didn’t get her name but I will remember that face for being rude for no reason. When you are in hospitality being a professional should come first. This is the reason I won’t return to this location. Do better next time for the next person that doesn’t know something like this. It could have been so easy for her to say ma’am I apologize for the misunderstanding it will get it taken care of right away. Is it anything else I can do for you? The sheets didn’t get exchanged after I expressed myself to her 3 times."

"I pay similar price for much more amenities. Floor is hard wood, no carpet. There is no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Some lights were not working. Bathroom did not have body wash, conditioner and we had to ask front desk for shampoo. They gave us bars of soap, but was not even scented. This is first time I see a hotel with no coffee offered either in the room or in the lobby. Laundry room behind the front desk was dirty and trash on the floor. This more like rental apartment than a hotel room. I guess if u know what you are getting, then it is good enough. We had a decent night sleep with no noise or hollering."
