A convenient place with friendly and welcoming staff. However provisions, carpets and other furnishing could do with refurbishment. Breakfast ran out of provisions and staff tried their best to accommodate everyone but we feel they were overwhelmed by number of guests.

Good value and friendly staff but the bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke and there was a strange smell in the room itself. The hotel is on a lovely estate. Walked into town which took about 30 minutes. The walk is ok once you get across the dual carriageway.

A unique property, not all rooms have air-conditioning and they do not all have a Fridge or a mini bar. But you can ask for cold water at Reception and there is a water dispenser and cups also at Reception staff are very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful grounds they are refurbishing and I think when they finish it will be an amazing Hotel.

We were surprised with how high end this hotel is. Whole hotel is spotless, rooms a nice size, shower fantastic, bed very comfy. We were just above the courtyard where people gathered during the two weddings that were on whilst we stayed, however, this did not disturb us at all. We had breakfast included which was top notch and there were plenty of options. Free parking and free WiFi also a bonus! Only thing that was a negative for us was the heat in the room. It would definitely benefit from having air con, however, this is not the hotels fault and a fan was provided, it just so happened that we stayed in the height of the UK heatwave! We will 100% be returning in the future!
