"We had an amazing experience at this hotel for our first trip to Paris! Located in a great area, very close to many great restaurants, attractions and metro. Our room was lovely; clean and comfortable. The AC is VERY nice and cool for those staying in the summer months; never an issue with it. Staff very accommodating for extras not in the room (wine glasses, ice etc.). A special thanks to Armand - we loved our room with the balcony! Would 100% return to this hotel on future trips!"

"We stayed at Hotel de Roubaix for two nights after staying in a 4 star hotel on the other side of town, by the Eiffel Tower. This being a 2 star hotel, we were ready for some downgrade but were surprised by some things as well. There is ac in the room but you get a phone call if you try to touch it. A mention to not adjust the thermostat upon checkin would have been preferable to the phone call right after we got to our room. No carpeting in the room helped things stay cool during the heat wave...

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable even if a little on the small side. We visited during a heatwave, the air con definitely came in handy. There are some nice restaurants nearby, the hotel does not have a restaurant but does provide a reasonable breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore Paris, especially Mont Martre. It was a very comfortable stay."
