"Great stay, beautiful ambiance, right across from the train station also… I loved it."

"Location is a 15 minute walk to the city center and maybe 15 minutes to the airport. Nothing really stood out in the immediate area worth walking to and the hotel does not have on site parking which I didn't like. Upon arriving to the hotel the room wasn't ready even though it was already an hour after check-in time. I waited a while but staff made it right by offering free drinks on the marvelous rooftop. Harris that attended us on the rooftop was awesome! The room I chose was the suite which was generously sized for Florence standards and it had its own couch area apart from bed. The tissue paper offered is almost a newspaper rolled into bath paper, its horrible. Also, the hotel doesn't offer an iron or steamer, you have to go downstairs to their laundry area and use one of three available irons that are chained to the wall. I hated this aspect of it. It felt as a college dorm instead of a hotel. There's only two small elevators to use and the primary one gets shut down only providing rooftop access after 6pm so you do find yourself using the stairs more often than not. Downstairs they do have a coffee bar which was nice. I didn't try their breakfast. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again but for the price its good and the rooftop is amazing and not crowded. Their gym has all the equipment you need and a nice view of the city. "

"Our private room was clean and well stocked with essentials, beds were clean and comfy and changed everyday. The hotel was in a great location and had security on the door which helped us feel safe, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great value for money!"

"Family of three stayed here. Location wasn’t too good because there wasn’t much around. Only benefit was a bus stop right outside property. Couldn’t lower AC so it was a little warm but not too bad. Otherwise staff was very nice and place was well taken care of."

"I couldn’t say enough great things about the IQ, mainly how incredible the staff was. My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise. Our room was amazing, exactly what we needed and always maintained. Overall, our stay was fantastic and if we find ourselves back in Italy, IQ is at the top of our list. "Close to airport. Tram across the street from hotel. Tram went into city centre. Very good location. Excellent breakfast."

"Chose this hotel after our flight was canceled. Staff was extremely welcoming. Rooms were clean,neat and well appointed. No frills but everything was very clean. Coffee/bakery area had an amazing breakfast selection. We didn’t have the buffet but looked thru the room and it looked very nice as well."
